What sort of services do you provide?
Ageless Placements East provides an individualized plan of specific requests and personal attention based on your needs including: shopping for and preparing hot, nutritious meals; escorted transportation to appointments; organizing bills and other correspondence; one on one companionship.

How long are your contracts?
We do not require contracts. You simply call us to set up a schedule that works for you. We charge an hourly rate and do not punish our clients or families by charging them a fee simply to be a client.

Do you have nurses on staff?
No, Ageless Placements East provides non-medical care-giving services.

How do we get started?
We offer a free telephone evaluation to help set up a specific need-based schedule. Call our office and we can start today.

Who will come to my house?
Our "Ageless Angels" are active retirees who enjoy working with and helping others. All of our employees are security-screened.

Who do I call if I have any issues?
You may contact the office at 813-662-2562. We like to stay in frequent contact with the client and client’s family to assure customer satisfaction and that expectations for in home care are being met, as well as find out about any up and coming changes.

In what areas are your services available?
Our company covers Hillsborough, Polk, Orange, Manatee, and Sarasota counties in Florida.

How much does the service cost?
We bill on an hourly basis most of the time. The hours required to properly care for your loved one will be determined on the initial assessment interview and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Please contact us to learn more about our pricing.

What is the process for getting started?
Ageless Placements East stands out as a company willing to go the distance. One difference is found in our client set up process. In very little time, we're able to assess and understand your loved one's unique situation and recommend a custom plan for their particular needs. This gets them the care they need as soon as they need it.

  1. The Initial Call and Assessment - From the moment you call your local Ageless Placements East office, we begin considering you and your loved one's specific needs. On the initial call, we ask questions to form a basic needs assessment.

  2. The Custom Care Plan - With Ageless Placements East, you will always know what services are being provided to your loved one. After our initial assessment, we develop a Custom Care Plan. This plan is tailored to your loved one's specific needs. We make detailed recommendations on exactly what kind of services we feel would benefit them. We then arrange a follow-up call with you to go over the Custom Care Plan and modify it as you see fit.

  3. Caregiver Matching - Once you approve the Custom Care Plan, we begin our search for the most appropriate person to implement care. Our system of matching caregivers to clients takes numerous factors into consideration: services needed, your loved one's interests, and the personalities of both your loved one and the caregiver. By looking at the whole situation, we're better able to provide your loved one with the best caregiver possible. Of course, if there are ever any concerns about a specific caregiver, we can search for and provide a replacement in very little time.

  4. Care Supervision - Our caregivers document the care they provide. Those notes are kept at our office and are available to go over at any time. Our billing system also provides a detailed description of services and care, so you receive an invoice that includes a line-item cost of care. Our staff makes unannounced visits to the homes to ensure caregivers are following the specifics of the Custom Care Plan.
